Using SplitByComments to split HTML in multiple files (split html files at SplitByComments). Splitting a file will create some sequential parts, both with the same basename as the original file, but with digital field before extesion point.

This means that the following are all legal SGML comments:
The comment tag is used to insert a comment in the source code.
A comment will be ignored by the browser.
The comment tag does not support any standard attributes.
The comment tag does not support any event attributes.
